The Colegio Nueva Granada Model encourages youth leadership and supports them in strengthening values ​​such as empathy, respect for difference, and the search for peace and equity. We strive to address a range of social, political, economical, and environmental issues happening in our country and world. We use the UN Sustainable Development Goals as a foundation to promote initiatives that develop justice, reduce inequalities and generate peace and strong institutions that contribute to ideas and projects to solve these problems. The main objective of our model is to create a positive impact through service and social impact. For this reason, the commission that presents the best working paper will be able to choose a foundation that works with the topics discussed and will be able to grant them a monetary donation that will be delivered at the closing of the event. We call this proposal the Blue Elephant Award.
